Intention
Living with art enriches life in countless ways, but my favorite has always been gazing into a familiar painting and having my thoughts swept away. Each painting has a story to tell, and we all hear it differently. Creating a reactive painting each time I step up to the canvas is the puzzle to solve, when someone chooses to live with the work, I know the story has found its listener. I created this collection of painterly accessories to bring the experience of an art filled life to our ordinary days at work, at home or on the go. I'd love for you to discover a design that speaks to you, so you too can enjoy this artful dialog wherever you roam!

About Jennifer
I was only about 9 or so years old when my dad surprised me with a professional painter's box to accompany him on his painting jaunts ~ a gift that would root a creative life. I went on to spend the first 15 years of my career cultivating my Philadelphia design firm, Hansen Design. After my husband and I started our family, the evolution to painter seemed a natural progression, and since my first showing in 2007, I’ve had the privilege to exhibit in many wonderful places. Somewhere in the mix, I became an author/illustrator of picture books with many more up my sleeve I hope to shake out someday soon. I paint and write the majority of the year in my studio in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a place I deeply love.
